Real Madrid midfielder Angel Di Maria has been linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu and the player has said today that he is not aware about his future.

Angel Di Maria enjoyed a stellar campaign under new boss Carlo Ancelotti last year as he was a key member of Champions League winning squad. However, recent reports have linked the Argentina international with the likes of Juventus, Monaco and Paris Saint Germain.

And amidst the ongoing rumours, the Argentine winger has decided to ignore such reports.

“I’ve asked my agent not to tell me anything about the talks he’s having. I don’t know what’s going to happen with my career. I don’t want to know anything about my future right now. I’m focusing on my national team and not on what’s going on elsewhere”, Di Maria said at a press conference.

Juventus and Monaco have reportedly made an offer for the player already but Di Maria seems to have decided to concentrate on the World Cup first and then take a call over his future.

“My teammates and I don’t read or listen to all the things being said in the media. We’re just thinking about ourselves and the unity of the group”, the Argentine said.

During the World Cup in South Africa, there was a constant talk of his possible move from Benfica to Real Madrid and the player seems to have learned his lesson as he is not ready to think anything else except ongoing World Cup.

“I was disappointed after South Africa. I couldn’t perform as well as I wanted. I don’t want the same to happen in this World Cup. I want to get my head down and give my best for my team”, he said.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti already has a plan ready for the upcoming transfer window and the reports coming from Spain have suggested that the Italian wants to change the face of his midfield during this summer.

Carlo Ancelotti considers Luka Modric as the only long term prospect of Real Madrid’s midfield and apart from Di Maria; the likes of Sami Khedira, Casemiro and Asier Illaramendi are also linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid have constantly been linked with a move for Juventus duo of Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal during this transfer window. Both these players are targeted by the other giants of Europe and Florentino Perez will have to break the bank for their signature.

Real Madrid management is well aware of this ongoing competition for the signature for Juve duo and they are planning to offer Angel Di Maria in a cash plus player deal to Bianconeri.
