French club AS Monaco want 85 million euros from Real Madrid for the signature of Columbia’s World Cup hero James Rodriguez. Meanwhile, striker Alvaro Morata is on verge of Juventus move.
It seems that AS Monaco have accepted the fact that it will be very difficult to keep James Rodriguez with them for the next season as the player has set his heart on a move to Real Madrid.
French newspaper Le Parisien has claimed today that Monaco are demanding €85 million from Real Madrid for James Rodríguez. The Colombian was one of the revelations at the World Cup in Brazil as he scored 6 goals in the tournament and now, he is reported to have agreed terms on an €8m-a-season deal with Real Madrid.
James Rodriguez has claimed on numerous occasions in past few weeks that he wants to play for Real Madrid and the only option available with the management of AS Monaco now is to fetch maximum possible money from the sale of the Colombian. And being aware of the desperation of Real Madrid to get their man, Monaco management feels that they will be successful in getting at least 80 millions from the sale of their star attacker.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is very much aware of the value of James Rodriguez and to fund the potential transfer of the Colombian, he is ready to off-load Isco. Reports coming out of Spain and Italy have claimed today that AC Milan are ready to sign him on loan initially and CEO Adriano Galliani is scheduled to meet Florentino Perez this week.
Meanwhile, Milan is not the only interested club in the signature of Isco. Liverpool have also shown an interest in the Real Madrid attacker and President Perez hopes to get enough money from the sale to fund the transfer of next Galactico, James Rodriguez.
Some Spanish newspapers had claimed earlier that Real Madrid is ready to sale Angel Di Maria but it now appears that coach Carlo Ancelotti has persuaded the management to hold on to the Argentine midfielder as the Italian is a big admirer of his work ethic.
Meanwhile, young striker is Alvaro Morata is on verge of completing a move to Italian champions Juventus for 18 million euros. The Old Lady of Italian football has just appointed Messimiliano Allegri as their new boss and it was reported in Italy that the deal is now called off. However, Sporting Director Pavel Nedved is keen to have Morata at Juventus Arena and the deal is on verge of completion.
Real Madrid is aware of the future potential of Alvaro Morata and reportedly, they have set the clause of buy-back of 35 million in the sale contract of the player.
