FC Goa introduced their franchisee to the world, in a ceremony conducted at Palladium Hotel, Mumbai. Continuing with the trend of delivering unparalleled yet precise news, The Hard Tackle had already reported earlier in the day about Virat Kohli’s endeavors as a co-owner and Brand Ambassador of the Goa based Club. Moments later, the FC Goa Twitter Handle tweeted precisely the same.
“FC Goa is going to be very competitive in the upcoming Indian Super League. And the expertise and experience of stalwarts like Zico and Pires will further strengthen the already strong DNA that the team possesses, thanks to the Salgaocar, Dempo and Videocon Groups’ involvement. I am very excited to be a part of this franchise in what definitely looks like a breakthrough for Football as a Sport in India.”

FC Goa also introduced their marquee coach, the legendary Zico. His appointment had already made stirs and swings in the media, moreso like Delhi Dynamo’s Alessandro Del Piero signing.
