The Hard Tackle understand that, perhaps FC Goa has roped in probably some pedigree from the Italian Peninsula. The Club was believed to be in talks with England’s Manchester City about possible partnership, but a tie-up failed to happen, consequently as the English Club speculates plans for India soon.

Now, The Hard Tackle believes, that FC Goa have turned towards the Italian Peninsula, to look for possible tie-ups as their club representatives were seen in the beautiful city of Milan.

Milan which plays hosts to two Italian Powerhouses, Ac Milan and Inter Milan, can be the next possible destination for the club’s international tie-ups. It can also be confirmed that, the representatives met with International Partnership Manager, in Milan. The possible destination for links of the Goan franchisee, still eludes us.

Both Inter Milan and AC Milan are supposed to be in talks with the club, with Inter edging their arch-rivals, in securing a link-up. However, the link-up might also be just academy based.

The Hard Tackle, also believes that a ‘player’ may also be on the cards, who is Italian and still young, with the name still eluding. FC Goa, have also agreed a tour to Dubai, where they will play against some of the country’s elite.

With almost all of the eight franchisees, securing international tie-ups, the Zico managed club, has also gone guns blazing in their search of a link-up. FC Goa, who already have players such as Robert Pires, take on Chennaiyin FC in their opening fixture.
