EPL duo of West Ham and Swansea are amongst the clubs interested in loaning FC Barcelona wonder kid Munir El Haddadi in January transfer window.
Youngster Munir El Haddadi has made a sensational start to his career for the senior side of FC Barcelona but he is not getting enough playing time as Luis Suarez has returned from his ban now. And the host of Premier League clubs, including West Ham United and Swansea City, want to take him on six month loan in January transfer window.
Munir El Haddadi, 19, is considered as a star of future by the FC Barcelona authorities and they are paying a special attention towards his development. The management of FC Barcelona is also willing to let him go on loan if any club offers Munir the regular playing time.
Meanwhile, reports coming from Spain and England have also confirmed the interest of West Ham and Swansea City in taking Munir on loan. Spanish newspaper AS has claimed in its report that: “West Ham and Swansea are amongst the clubs interested in loaning Barcelona starlet Munir El Haddadi this winter. Despite starting seven of La Blaugrana’s first eight matches in La Liga, the 19-year-old attacker has failed to feature in four of his side’s last five League matches.”
New FC Barcelona coach Luis Enrique was forced to give a playing opportunity to Munir in the early parts of this season as Pedro Rodriguez was out with injury while Luis Suarez was banned from playing football. And the youngster made most of this opportunity by showing his potential to the authorities of the club as he was on the scoresheet in his first competitive game itself.
However, both Pedro and Luis Suarez are back now and coach Luis Enrique is finding it difficult to accommodate Munir in his starting XI. But Luis Enrique believes that a regular playing time is needed for the development of Munir and he has asked the club to send him out on loan.
English Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, are aware of this situation of Munir at FC Barcelona and are ready to offer him an escape. However, West Ham United and Swansea City are currently ahead of Gunners in the chase of Munir.
