49. Pune FC release Boima Karpeh, James Moga

With the new coach expected to take over , reports from the media suggest that Pune FC have release their top scorer James Moga and winter recruit Boima Karpeh both of whom played a key role in club’s run to the second spot. The reports also suggest that the club may hold on to influential playmaker Dohou Pierre who was the driving force in the center of the park for the Red Lizzards.

50. United Sikkim player Steve Hayez signs for New South Coast Wolves.
Steve Hayez didn’t had a memorable outing with United Sikkim, as he featured only once for the North Eastern club. The midifleder saw his team getting relegated from I-League after finishing in the last spot as well. He terms his Indian experience as a crazy and emotional one. 28-year old has returned to NSW’s premier league hoping that this would open up a chance to compete in A-League.

51. Pailan Arrows youngster Ravi Kumar signs for Sporting Club De Goa
Goalkeeper Ravi Kumar had to play second fiddle to Soram Porei Angamba in I-League 12/13 campaign. The youngster had decided to join his Pailan Arrows team-mate Deepak Devrani in flaming orange colors to shore up their defence. Earlier Deepak had rejected an offer from Mohun Bagan before signing up for Oscar Bruzon’s side. Both are expected to play a key role this season. Ravi Kumar might fancy his chances against relatively inexperienced Bruno Colaco in goal. Healthy competition within the squad usually gets the best out of its players and Sporting Club de Goa might benefit from this in the longer run.

52. India International Clifford Miranda extends his contract with Dempo SC.
National team set piece taker Clifford Miranda has extended his contract with Dempo SC. 3o year old winger had 5 goals registered  to his name in I-League campaign. With Vineeth CK breathing down his neck in the national team pecking order, Clifford has opted for the safe route to extend his stay. With familiar faces around and the team playing to his strengths, Clifford will be hoping to nail down his national team spot with some good all-round displays.

53. Dempo SC looking forward to I-League winner Beto for next season’s title challenge.
Beto had played a crucial role Curchill Brother’s I-League title. With goals and assists galoring from the Braziliean, Churchill were a major threat whenever he was on the pitch. Injuries had forced him off some patches and the veteran still had made some telling contributions this season. Even though injury is an area of concern, Dempo had set its sights on the Brazilian playmaker to run their title challenge next season. The Brazilian midfielder has entertained the idea of returning to his former club earlier and our sources in Goa has revealed that a deal is likely.
