143. Pune FC sign winger Jovel Martins

The Red Lizards confirm their second signing of the season, after signing up Prakash Thorat earlier in the transfer season. The left footed mid fielder joins the Pune club for an undisclosed fee from Sporting Club. The move was on the cards as Jovel after his full season with the Flaming Oranje which saw him being used as a flexible left back and a winger both. Pune FC is not making huge number of signings owing to the tremendous academy strength they have, but these signings are made keeping in mind that the new coach needs an apt blend of youth and experience.

144. Anwar Ali close to signing a deal with the Mumbai Tigers.

After a disappointing season with United Sikkim, the former JCT lad is all set to join the new comers in the I-league as he packs his bags to leave for Mumbai. the rumour mills suggest that the former Mohun Bagan stopper has agreed to the personal terms, and only the monetary obligations are left in the deal.

145. Rakesh Masih roped in by Salgaocar.

TFA product, Masih has had an injury ravaged season with Mohun Bagan, but after five years at the club, Masih has decided to move on. With huge intake of players at the club, Masih has cited an opportunity at former I-league champions, where he could play a pivotal role in the midfield, as he has done so often for the Mariners.

146. Quinton Jacobs in talks with JSW

Another mariner who has been shown the gate at the club is Namibian Jacobs, who joined the Sabuj-Maroon brigade after helping United Sikkim get the promotion. JSW, since coming onto the scene has been looking for an attacking mid fielder role, and Jacobs with his experience the league will serve a similar platter.

147. Arnab Mondal extends his contract with East Bengal.

The former Prayag United centre back, who was roped in by the Lal-Holud Brigade, has extended his contrast at the club after a very good season with the Kolkata giants. The one year contract would see Arnab Mondal helping his club to reach the semi finals of the AFC Cup.
