60. Arthur Papas roped in by Dempo SC

Three times I-league Champions have secured the services of Arthur Papas as a part of three year deal. It was probably worst kept secret that Armando Colaco would be leaving the Panaji based club, after a reported mismatch of thoughts among the top stakeholders at the club. Arthur Papas, who was rumored to be leaving the country, has signed the dotted line in hope of glory. Aussie Coach, who has been like a father figure to all the players of the AIFF developmental side Pailan Arrows, and managed to keep them afloat, could turn out to be a hit depending on the signings the club manages to garner.

61. Boima Karpeh  replaces Sieya Sugashita at Sporting Clube de Goa

The Pune FC striker Bioma Karpeh is all set to replace the Japanese recruit at the Flaming Oranje. The Goa side finished at a respected sixth position in the recently concluded I-league table, and coach Oscar is surely adding teeth to his attack for the upcoming season. The ex A-League player will surely bring in his experience in to a relatively young squad.

62. Karim Bencharifa to go out?

With the lack of funds at Mohun Bagan, it is believed that the club is not able to sustain the Moroccan’s  salary demands. Old warhorse Subrata Bhattacharya is expected to take the helm at he Kolkata Club.

63. Jewel Raja to Dempo

Jewel Raja returns to his former club after Mohun Bagan allowed the young mid fielder to leave. Dempo has now signed Beto and Jewel in order to freshen up the aging mid field . With Papas coming in, it would be very interesting times at Dempo SC next season. Couple of more shrewd signings and Dempo will back challenging for the crown after a dismal season.

64. Sukhwinder Singh “Sukhi” to Churchill Brothers.

Churchill Brothers are on a hunt for finding the correct man at the top after Subhash Bhowmick parted ways with the I-League champions. The name which has been popping up a lot is that of former JCT and India U-23 head coach, Sukhwinder Singh. Whether the veteran  from Punjab would be seen at the helm of the champions next season, remains to be seen.

65. Flurry of reported incoming players at Dempo SC

With Arthur Papas moving to the Panjim Club, a lot of former Pailan Arrows players have been reported to follow their former coach. Alwyn George has been in linked along with couple of foreign recruits. A-league players Simon Colosimo of Melbourne Heart, Dani Sanchez (Wellington Phoenix) and Billy Mehmet, who has terminated his contract with Bangkok Glass (former Perth Glory striker ), are among those who could sign the dotted line this summer for the Whites.
